• Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Not create QR codes that contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QR Generator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
• The use or misuse of QR codes created through our Service

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QR Generator and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QR Generator.

By uploading content, including logos or images, to be used with QR codes, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish the content for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to use and upload such content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from the account settings page.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
